Jacqueline is responsible for global corporate and commercial functions which includes oversight of legal and contracting activities, insurance, risk management, corporate compliance, knowledge management and external vendor solutions. Jacqueline is also responsible for oversight of the offices in Asia and Europe and Country Head for Australia and New Zealand. Jacqueline has extensive experience in business development and management having spent 27 years in the healthcare industry working in the biotechnology, diagnostic, pharmaceutical and CRO markets and has experience in intellectual property management.
